Refund policy
Bethel Royal values every customer's shopping experience. Please read the following return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
【Return & Exchange Conditions】
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the following conditions are met:
1. The item has not been used, worn, or cleaned
2. The item's labels and tags are intact and have not been removed
3. The original packaging box, certificate, and accessories are complete
4. The item is not custom-made or specially ordered
【Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange】
1. Custom-made items (including engraving, ring resizing, etc.)
2. Items that have been used, worn, or cleaned
3. Defects caused by human damage or improper storage
4. Requests made beyond the 7-day return/exchange period
5. Items not sold by the Company
【Return & Exchange Process】
1. Please first contact customer service by phone or email, explaining the reason and attaching photos of the item
2. After customer service confirms, we will provide the return address and relevant instructions
3. Please return the item together with the original packaging, certificate, etc., complete
4. Once the item is received and verified, the refund or exchange will be completed within 7 business days
⚠️ Please be sure to obtain confirmation from customer service before returning the item. Items returned without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
【Shipping Fees】
1. Defective items or shipping errors: return/exchange shipping is covered by the Company
2. Returns for personal reasons (non-defective): return shipping is borne by the buyer
【Refund Methods】
1. Credit card payment: refunded to the original credit card account
2. Other payment methods: refunded to your designated bank account
3. Refund timing depends on each bank's processing time, approximately 7–14 business days
【Exchanges】
For exchanges, please complete the return process first, then place a new order.
【Defective Items】
If the item you receive is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will process it as soon as possible.
【Resizing Service】
Some items offer a resizing service:
1. The first resizing is free (within the warranty period)
2. Subsequent adjustments incur a processing fee of NT$1,500 (including round-trip shipping)
3. Custom-made or already-resized items are not eligible for return
4. Resizing takes approximately 3–14 business days (depending on the actual situation)
【Repair Service】
We offer a repair service (depending on the item type). Please contact customer service for assessment first:
1. Provide the order number and a description of the item's condition
2. Send photos of the issue
3. Customer service will assess the repair method and cost
4. Send the item back for repair
5. The item will be returned after repair is complete
- Within the warranty period: free or discounted repair depending on the item
- Outside the warranty scope: repair fees and shipping may apply
