【Delivery Areas】
We currently offer delivery to Taiwan (main island and outlying islands), Hong Kong, China, Japan, and Europe/North America.

【Shipping Fees】
1. Taiwan: free shipping store-wide
2. China / Hong Kong: NT$500
3. Europe-North America / Japan: NT$1,500
4. Free shipping on global orders over NT$300,000

【Delivery Time】
1. Taiwan main island: 3–5 business days after payment is completed
2. Taiwan outlying islands: 5–7 business days after payment is completed
3. International delivery: 7–14 business days after payment is completed (depending on each country's customs processing time)

📌 Delivery times may be extended in remote areas or during festive periods (such as Double 11, Lunar New Year, and national holidays). We appreciate your understanding.

【Shipping Notification】
After your item is shipped, the system will notify you by email or SMS. The notification will include:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Tracking link

You may also log in to your member account at any time and check the latest delivery status under "My Orders."

【Packaging】
All jewelry items are packaged in elegant gift boxes and carefully protected with shock-absorbing materials. High-value items are shipped via insured express delivery to ensure they arrive safely.

【Signature on Delivery】
To protect your rights, all orders require signature by the recipient in person. Please verify the integrity of the item upon receipt, and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

【Notes】
1. Due to payment system limitations, all checkouts are priced in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD); for international customers, the credit card company will automatically convert and charge the amount
2. International orders may be subject to local import duties, which are borne by the recipient
